Moocooboola Festival

Moocooboola Festival

Moocooboola Festival is the premier community event in Hunters Hill, attracting up to 15,000 visitors to Boronia Park Ovals. It is held annually on the first Sunday of August.

Featuring rides, entertainment, displays, food stalls, a market bazaar, performances and a crowd-favourite dog show, Moocooboola Festival offers something for everyone.

With a nostalgic history dating back to its first staging at Hunters Hill Town Hall in 1980, the festival’s name derives from the traditional Wallumedegal term meaning the “meeting of the waters” and refers to the area where the Parramatta and Lane Cove rivers come together in Sydney

Stallholders

Are you an artisan, a purveyor of street foods, a candlemaker, jeweller or seller of showbags? Maybe you’re part of a community group, a personal trainer or a cheesemonger.  We love having a wide variety of stalls at this annual event; it’s what makes Moocooboola so vibrant and special.

We are looking for the following range of stalls:

  • market
  • craft & environment
  • community
  • activity or display
  • food & beverage

Moocooboola Festival is a community and sustainability driven festival. We have included special rates for local businesses, not-for-profit community groups and vendors selling hand-made or environmentally focused goods or services.
